The Ida-Viru outpatient clinic underwent a complete renovation: all technical systems were renewed, and the facilities were modernized. The clinic was designed to accommodate a wide range of departments, including the pulmonary outpatient clinic, rehabilitation, family doctors, blood services, women’s counseling, functional diagnostics, dentistry, specialist consultations, and the mental health center. The renovation was carried out in phases to ensure the continuity of services throughout the process.
