The hotel on Vänmanninsaari is inspired by the original 1960s design. Rising 22 stories by the sea, it stands atop a one-story section that houses a restaurant and spa. The top floor features a public restaurant with panoramic views. Winner of the facade competition in 2023. In collaboration with JK Architects.
