A residential apartment building designed for rental use, with compact units that have been planned to be clear-lined, bright, and easy to furnish despite their small floor area.
The warm-toned brick façade forms a cohesive whole, and the partially seven‑storey street façade creates an architectural accent at the northern corner of the block. The façade is enlivened by a vertically laid first brick course, and the finely washed concrete elements in the courtyard continue the same theme with grooved panels.
A green communal courtyard with play and seating areas, along with an underground parking facility beneath the deck, completes the functional block ensemble.
