Garden Garden Helsinki is a 2020s real estate concept that offers daily users enriching service experiences and facilities for world-class events through top-quality technology and service design.

The new multi-purpose arena complex will be located on the north side of Helsinki's Olympic Stadium. Garden Helsinki will be a new kind of entertainment center where people, events, and diverse downtown activities come together in a unique way. The central garden and squares of the building complex will be located above the arena and will serve as a recreational outdoor area for city residents. The outdoor spaces will create new routes connecting the surrounding green and urban areas. Hotels, offices, retail spaces, services, and housing are located behind a unified façade that reflects the spirit of the Olympic buildings.
