Rising next to Kauppakeskus Arabia, this 16-story residential building will bring 188 modern rental homes to this vibrant Helsinki neighborhood. The design respects the area’s industrial heritage, with a red-brick podium anchoring the building while lighter structures above create a striking contrast.
Sustainability is at the heart of the design. Aiming for LEED Platinum certification, the building will feature:
- Geothermal heating & cooling
- Solar panels on rooftops and balconies
- Energy efficiency class A
