Architect Tuomas Seppänen has been appointed as Director, EVP at ONE Architects and Business Area Director at AINS Group. At the same time, the organization is being renewed to support the evolving strategy of our architectural services.
Architect SAFA Tuomas Seppänen takes on the roles at the beginning of September. Having worked as a Lead Architect at ONE Architects and previously at B&M, Tuomas is particularly recognized for his expertise in real estate development and urban planning. The previous Director, EVP Jaakob Solla continues in a Senior Architect role at his own request, focusing on business development, sales, and lead designer assignments.

Four Business Units
ONE Architects is organized into four units: Public, Living, Industry, and Urban & Special Projects.
The Public unit is led by architect Nina Väistö, the Living unit by architect J-P Lehtinen, and the industry unit by architect Juha Lehtonen. Under the flexible operating model, employees will continue to contribute to projects across unit boundaries. Architect SAFA Sami Horto has joined the ONE team on 1 September and takes on the responsibility for leading the Urban & Special Projects unit.
Going forward, ONE leadership team consists of Tuomas Seppänen, Director, EVP; Tapani Eronen, Lead Architect and Helsinki Office Manager; the four Unit Directors; Saara Pynnönen, Business Controller; and Tuuli Törmäkangas, HR Business Partner.
