The housing company As Oy Espoon Henttaan Puistokatu 16 is part of the prominent streetscape of Suurpelto's central park avenue. Facing the street, the five-story building features distinctive architecture in the top residential floor and the open common areas on the ground level. On the courtyard side, the building's layout defines shared residential yards with neighboring lots. Parking spaces are located in an underground parking facility beneath the courtyard deck.
